ITS EASY TO MAKE YOUR OWN SOLAR POWERED STUDY LAMP... CHECK IT OUT

MAKE YOUR OWN SOLAR POWERED STUDY LAMP

########################################

Hi guys its amazing to say u can make a solar lamp with a very simple steps and you can use it when there is no electric power. I gonna share my experience with u guys. Even a 12yr kid can do this.. All you need make a solar lamp is as follows
WHAT YOU NEED:
  1. Solar panel 3Wp
  2. Battery 6V/4.5Ah
  3. ON/OFF Switch (2nos.)
  4. IN4007 diodes
  5. White LEDs
  6. General purpose PCB
  7. Soldering iron
  8. Soldering alloy
  9. Connecting wires
The total approximate cost of all the components is nearly $15USD.. That is nearly 900INR.. Its pretty cheap guys u can sell it for nearly $20USD or nearly 1700INR.
Okay now lets create our own solar lamp. Just follow the steps to make your own lamp.

STEP 1:
Gathering all your components is initially the first step. Once you're ready to assemble gather all your components in a clean table. plug in the soldering iron till it heats up. if the heating is slow switch off all your cooling appliances like fan, air conditioner, etc...

STEP 2:
The next step is to arrange the LED s in series. As you can see , the anode and cathode leads are appear sequentially. You can connect LEDs in series using bread board or the board which is shown in the figure

.

STEP 3:
Once you've connected two LEDs in series, repeat the step to have a minimum of 10 LEDs... you can increase the number of LEDs depending upon the intensity you need. SO products in the market have nearly 150LEDs. however this'll increase the overall cost. If u put 150LEDs it'll provide you the higher intensity of light.

STEP 4:
Once you have inserted the LEDs into the board, solder them. Being connected in parallel, the outer leads of the LEDs should be connected together.

STEP 5:
Cut the extra leads of the LEDs and connect the battery terminals to the LEDs using connecting wire as shown in the figure. Please follow the colour of the wire.

.

STEP 6:
Once your LED array is up, what you need to do is connecting solar panels, diode and switch. its pretty easy to connect all the components please follow the diagram and give connection according to the colour of the wire as shoun in figure.

STEP 7:
After connecting the components together. Verify the onnection with circuit diagram or wiring diagram below. You can make connection with the help of wiring diagram.

STEP 8:
After you have assembled the lamp, you have o put it in a enclosure. you can use shoebox or something like that to house the LED array. The battery can be placed in a plastic jar or any cointainer so that it must be with the weight of the battery aciding mechanical stability
Thats it you made your own solar powered lamp. Its 100% working for me. for any doubts and clarification please comment on this. Hope this info is usefull for you guys. I'll catch u with another interesting topic.
